Or are you those who are studying a foreign language but don’t have the chance to practice speaking? To the foreigners, are you those who are new in Tokyo and are seeking friends to help teach you about the culture and the language, as well as going around Japan? Oasis is a friendship circle that welcomes anyone who would like to be friend with Japanese and other foreigners living in Japan to expand and learn more about other languages and cultures, as well as expand their Japanese experience.
